| In the mobile Internet phase,traditional media is facing the pressure brought by the trend of media convergence.Compared with radio and television,the newspaper industry is under more pressure.In the process of transformation,websites,clients,,Weibo,short video news,live broadcast platforms,etc.are typical paths that traditional paper media are practicing or trying.For example,in the entire media transformation process of the Beijing News,the move to turn video into an important strategy is,to a certain extent,a model and representative of paper media transformation.In 2014,the Beijing News began to try video reports.In 2015,it established the first"moving news studio"in China to combine news advantages with animation ideas.By 2016,the Beijing News and Tencent News cooperated to incubate "our video".The brand has achieved an unexpectedly high traffic share in the field of short video news and live news.Looking at the moment,the Beijing News has gradually covered various communication ports such as 3D video,2D animation,live news,short video news,etc.,achieving the transformation goal of"no more than just a newspaper",and the videoization priority has become a newspaper transformation.The engine has greatly enhanced its brand influence.According to the planning of the Beijing News Group,the future video content will account for more than 50%of the total content production.Is the transformation strategy of the Beijing News and the videoization of the Beijing News a demonstration and replication for the paper media transformation?This is the research question that this paper hopes to explore.This paper will start from the transformation background,transformation strategy,videoization path and characteristics of the Beijing News,video product operation mode and distribution channels,and sort out the transformation strategy of the Beijing News under the background of media integration and the transformation direction with the focus of video transformation.The development process,through the interviews with paper media practitioners to explore the transformation of paper media,and trying to answer whether the video turn of paper media in the all-media environment is a universal choice?What are the characteristics of paper media video transformation?Is there any other possibility for paper media transformation outside of video?The thesis consists of five parts.The introduction part mainly summarizes the changes of media ecology in the background of mobile internet and the status quo of media fusion in paper media,including the transformation trend of paper media video and the related research of Beijing News.The chapter mainly focuses on the four stages of the transformation of China's paper media,the media ecology and transformation mode of the current paper media transformation,and elaborates the ecology of China's newspaper industry under the background of media integration;the second and third chapters are the focus of this study.The chapter analyzes the video transformation layout and practice path of the Beijing News,and the specific problems existing in the videoization process,and appropriately puts forward relevant countermeasures.The last chapter is based on the video transformation of the paper media as a whole.The advantages of video transformation and the challenges that will be faced.The conclusion of this paper is that the Beijing News has set a special example for the video media to explore the video.This is beyond doubt,but since it has not yet explored a clear commercialization model,in other paper media,The copying or application of the video of the Beijing News is still on the sidelines and only draws on some aspects of practical experience.Due to the uneven background and financial strength of various newspapers,the limitations of technical personnel and the direction of publicity,etc.Mobile video transformation still has a long way to go.But nowadays,new technologies are constantly emerging,and the form of news reports is changing with each passing day.Whether it is research or practice,the Beijing-based video development path has the transformation of traditional media and the development of new media at this stage.Must learn from the meaning. |
