Investigation On The Construction Status Of County-level Financial Media National Pilot Center In Qinghai Province

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,the traditional mainstream media is gradually declining.Under the background of the strong promotion of national policies,user needs,media market and media integration technology,county-level financial media centers in China are being built on a large scale all over the country.Among them,the county-level financial media center with advanced construction and in-depth research is mainly concentrated in the central and eastern region,and there is less research on the underdeveloped northwest region.As the first batch of national pilot centers built in Qinghai Province,Golmud City and Datong County Financial Media Center have made great efforts in media + government affairs,services and Commerce in the past two years,and preliminarily improved different financial media functions,but they still lack experience in deep integration,have common problems,and are still in an important transformation Transformation stage.Starting from the actual situation of the field investigation,this paper will put forward the further construction path as the foothold,provide reference opinions for the upgrading and development of county-level financial media centers in the western region,and carry out an innovation in the breadth and depth of academic research of county-level financial media centers.Firstly,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the grass-roots staff of the county-level financial media center in Golmud City and Datong County,understand the basic work and ideological development of the staff,and then conduct in-depth interviews with the staff at the management level of the financial media center,so as to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the actual construction of the financial media center,It lays the necessary practical foundation for the paper to build the overall framework and write the content more accurately.Specifically,the construction of county-level financial media centers in the two places certainly has its advantages that are worth maintaining and being used for reference,which are mainly reflected in the five aspects of platform basic guarantee,improving and enriching content,controlling the direction of public opinion,improving relevant supporting services and strengthening Party member training.The common problems of the two financial media centers are mainly manifested in five aspects: small number of users,insufficient staff,poor content quality,low hematopoietic ability and backward thinking.In the last paragraph of the article,it puts forward the proposed path in line with the overall development plan of the two financial media centers and the more practical further development.Firstly,it is necessary to clarify the target positioning of the local county-level financial media center,improve the top-level design,and timely plan and guide the employees,which is the primary task in the construction of the financial media center;Secondly,expand the publicity efforts,adopt different publicity methods for different audience groups,locate the publicity objectives to individuals,effectively eliminate the phenomenon of "big pot" and improve its publicity efficiency;At the same time,we should strengthen the talent team and stimulate its endogenous power from the four aspects of talent introduction,potential release,training mode and performance appraisal;In order to increase the popularity and attention,the media centers of the two places should not release works blindly.They should appropriately improve the quality problems such as the type and presentation of the released content according to the characteristics of major new media platforms,and improve the utilization rate of new media platforms;Finally,while striving to ensure the basic operation of financial support,we should break through the barriers of system and mechanism,open the right to operate,explore diversified operation modes,improve the hematopoietic capacity,and make sufficient material preparations for the sustainable development of the two county-level financial media centers,which is the top priority that needs to be improved step by step in the next construction process of the two county-level financial media centers.
