In response to the rapid development of intelligent technology in recent years,the demand for talents in the intelligent manufacturing industry and the urgent need for transformation of machining production lines,the combination of sensor technology,PLC control technology and RFID technology.This paper proposes a solution for the production and teaching intelligent production line PLC control system,and completes the physical layer hardware design of the production and teaching intelligent production line system,the system's human-computer interaction function design,equipment and operation control software preparation and on-site function debugging verify.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the design principles of the intelligent production line system for production and teaching,the overall scheme design of the system and the detailed design of the unit modules have been completed.The system unit modules include processing units,industrial robot units,storage system units,AGV transportation system units,RFID identification unit and visual inspection unit,etc.(2)The overall business process of the intelligent production line system is planned,the operation process is split according to the equipment,and the corresponding PLC program design is compiled.The system adopts the main control PLC to control the field level,and uses various sensors such as photoelectric sensors and micro switches to feed back the production process data in real time.On this basis,the I/O port allocation table of the control system is established to complete the PLC configuration and configuration of the hardware system.Communication and control cabinet circuit design.(3)Established the material monitoring point of the intelligent production line system,and carried out the overall layout design,determined the location of the monitoring point by calculating the electromagnetic wave transmission path loss and using the working characteristics of radio frequency technology,and optimized the electronic tag layout to avoid multiple readers Reading competition for electronic label data.According to the product process route,the system control process is determined,and on this basis,the logistics route is optimized,and the RFID electronic tag is used to track and record the information of the workpiece in the logistics.(4)Under the TIA Portal V15 platform,C language is used for programming and Win CC interface production based on the physical sensor information,and the software control function of the upper computer is designed.And use ET200 MP as the connecting device drive actuator,realize the control of the production line equipment through HMI.(5)Debug,operate and optimize the production line of the production and teaching system.By adopting the distributed test method,the communication verification of the unit is carried out first,and then the overall debugging and optimization of the production line system is carried out.Through debugging and operation of the system,local units can execute effective instructions and feedback the operating status through sensor data.The system has carried out experimental operation of production and teaching,and the overall operation is reliable and effective.
