The requirements of cold-chain products' quality and safety are increasingly high due to the growth of people's living standard,which makes the development of cold-chain logistics face unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The quality of cold chain products varies with time and temperature,which cause the production and circulation process is seriously damaged.The optimization of cold chain logistics network can reduce loss,improve product quality,reduce operation cost,and ultimately improve the operation efficiency of the whole logistics chain.This paper studies the location and path optimization of cold chain logistics distribution center by mathematical modeling and experimental simulation.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.This paper analyzes the composition of site selection cost,establish the location model of distribution center with the minimum total cost as the objective function,the model is solved by genetic algorithm and immune algorithm respectively,determine the optimal location scheme,and verify the effectiveness of the model and immune algorithm both by analyzing the simulation results.2.Based on the characteristics of cold chain products,urban distribution and the real-time traffic information,this paper researches the routing optimization problem of the city cold chain logistics vehicle aiming at uncertainty of the city environment and distribution efficiency is not high enough.A dynamic logistics distribution network based on traffic flow is established by the improved Dijkstra algorithm.At the same time,the optimization model of urban cold chain logistics is created which the objective function is the minimum total cost of vehicle distribution.3.A modified genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of vehicle routing problem,the effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithm is verified by the simulation with a specific example.The model is solved by using the improved genetic algorithm and the simulation was carried out with the concrete example.The two situations of distribution scheme with and without the traffic flow are compared.The results show that the distributionscheme based on traffic flow can reduce the delivery time and the distribution cost at the same time,and verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
