With the continuous adjustment of agricultural structure,increasing the output of fresh food,at the same time,the kinds of fresh food is becoming more and more rich,and based on the improvement of living standards of residents,the demand for fresh food is also more and more,the quality of fresh food and more strict,but as a result of fresh food has the characteristics of short shelf life and perishable,greatly limits the residents way of buying,also gives the cold-chain logistics more broad prospects for development.In this context,the research on the cold-chain logistics distribution path of fresh food in supermarkets can not only effectively reduce the cold-chain distribution cost of fresh food in supermarkets and improve customer satisfaction,but also promote the development process of cold-chain logistics in China and guarantee the food safety of residents.Based on the current situation of cold chain distribution of fresh food in J supermarket,this paper takes the cold chain logistics distribution path of fresh food in Rongcheng region as the research object to study.Firstly,the research status of cold chain logistics and distribution path is investigated and analyzed,and the research purpose and significance of this paper are proposed.Secondly,through the analysis of J supermarket and its distribution center,the problems existing in the distribution stage of fresh food in Rongcheng area of J supermarket were put forward.Thirdly,a multi-objective cold chain logistics distribution path model for fresh food was constructed,considering fresh goods loss,time window,carbon emission,etc.Fourth,based on the ant colony algorithm,it introduced the saving algorithm and artificial fish swarm algorithm crowding function,designed the hybrid ant colony algorithm,and solved the distribution path of Rongcheng district stores of J supermarket respectively through the saving algorithm,ant colony algorithm and mixed ant colony algorithm,and compared and analyzed the path and algorithm performance.Finally,from the aspects of talents,facilities and equipment,information technology,organization system and so on,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the cold chain logistics distribution route scheme of fresh food in Rongcheng area of J supermarket.The final cold chain logistics distribution route scheme for fresh food in Rongcheng district of J supermarket obtained in this paper can effectively save distribution cost,improve distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the hybrid ant colony algorithm based on ant colony algorithm and incorporating the crowd-degree function of saving algorithm and artificial fish swarm algorithm.At the same time,the research results of this paper have certain guidance and reference significance for the study of fresh food cold chain logistics distribution routes in other areas of J supermarket.
