Ethical Issues Of News Communication Activities In Weibo

The outbreak of new-type coronal pneumonia in 2020 has brought a lot of inconvenience to people’s production and life.Microblog,which has long become the main means for people to obtain external news information during the epidemic,has played a greater social influence.At the same time,the ethical anomie existing in the dissemination of microblog news information has become more prominent and attracted extensive social attention.Taking the microblog platform as the research object,this thesis selects the posts with a popularity value of more than 100000 and related to the epidemic in 2020 as the research sample to discuss the main ethical problems in the news communication activities of the microblog platform during this period.In order to give better play to the communication advantages of we media in the future,reduce the impact of News Ethics Anomie on normal social order,maintain social stability and help solve social problems.Through the analysis of the selected research samples,the main ethical problem in the dissemination of microblog news and information in 2020 is the proliferation of false news,resulting in the phenomenon of "information epidemic".The second is the increase of indiscriminate and sensational reports,the consumption epidemic of the media in order to obtain traffic,the disclosure of personal privacy and other problems caused by public opinion.These problems reflect the imbalance between self-discipline and heteronomy,the excess of incomplete obligations,and the contradiction between utilitarianism and deontology.These problems are caused by many factors.In the subject of microblog users,the main reasons are the user’s personal natural attribute,weak moral quality and personal utilitarian value orientation;In the internal aspect of microblog platform,the slow construction speed and low threshold fragmentation of platform ethics are easy to cause ethical anomie;In terms of external social reasons,the impact of the epidemic on the society,the drive of attention economy and the absence of education are also affecting the value choice of the public.This paper holds that no matter individuals,platforms or countries,they are all composed of people.The main way to solve the problem is to improve the public’s moral and media literacy.When engaging in information release,preset situations in advance to avoid conflicts.While improving the literacy of the public,the platform and the government should pay close attention to formulating the guidelines that must be followed in reporting epidemic information,and give full play to the guiding role of traditional authoritative media.Through the joint efforts of many parties,we can create a good network communication environment.
