With the development of Internet technology,new media has become the mainstream media tool.Today with the rapid development of information transmission,the position of communicators and audiences has changed fundamentally.The two-way communication mode of attracting hand interaction has broken people's cognition of traditional media.The emergence of new media has changed the weight ratio of media public opinion field at the same time.The mode of user centered + professional production content meets the emotional and functional needs of users.Taking the operation strategy of NJTT new media company as an example,this paper analyzes the current problems of NJTT's "Weibo and Wechat platform" business through the application of GE Matrix model theory,and discusses the operation strategy of new media platform from three aspects: content production,platform communication and team building.In view of the two-line pattern of NJTT new media platform "content is the most important" and "fan economy",this paper makes comparative analysis of classic cases and industry market research,and finally establishes the future content production mode.It puts forward the content ecology of pursuing innovative value as the direction,builds one-stop new media marketing on the basis of IMC integrated marketing theory,and carries out the whole case marketing planning and all-round marketing through "Weibo and Wechat platform" and video platform China's media put in the whole case service to realize the communication appeal of the integration of quality and effect.This paper analyzes the construction principles of the company's business team by applying the "the 20% and 80% principles" and "balanced scorecard" theories,and expounds the cultivation system of creating a one pulse talent introduction and management,so as to obtain economic benefits and social value with new business.Finally,it discusses that diversified and reasonable operation mode is a favorable premise to ensure the steady development of NJTT new media platform in each business module.This paper analyzes the operation strategy of NJTT new media platform,forecasts and explores its future development trend,and provides theoretical reference for its future development.
