In recent years, with the rapid development of social production progress, the large-scale,automation and complexity of the production process and the types and quantities of toxic andhazardous substances increasing, people focus on work safety intensively. Therefore,enhancing the research of the theory, techniques and methods of the accident is veryimportant, which is relative to safety and health of workers, and promotes the development ofproductivity.Training of work safety is the most effective means to improve skills and awokeawareness of the staff, but also to prevent accidents. In China, we work according to theprinciple of separation implement unified planning, centralized management, grading theimplementation of the guidance, teaching and testing. We use the traditional managementmodel in specific training management instead of information management, which influencesefficiency and effect of the management of work safety department of the state. In order toachieve the informatization of training of work safety, the Information Center of LiaoningProvincial Work Safety Supervision Bureau development of the system based on thecomprehensive research of current training management and examination system. Accordingto the needs of different users, the system sets different functions, also, it provide amanagement platform for training of work safety.Firstly, province Safety Supervision Bureau is in charge of realizing organizationregistration of complete province, managing training institutions and qualification,responsible for information management of examination, takes charge the training plan,training statistics and etc. At the same time, installs inspect bureau examine and approveapplication for examination of training institutions.Secondly, Work Safety Supervision Bureaus of cities (countries) realize the examinationand approval of training application, application for examination, certification examinationand etc online. And it can achieve forming examination paper automatically, count up thetraining information reported online, training plans of the city and so on.Thirdly, province Education Center realizes the examination and approval of test paperapplication presented by the assessment institutions, the management on exam questions,papers and the production, distribution of the certificate. In the meantime, it is responsible forthe management of grade, exam questions, test papers and certificates.Last, training institutions is responsible for recording the training plan, which is class, the student enrollment, Appraisal application, training of quality management, students andteachers information management, dynamic publishing about mechanism and training and etc.This system has the characters as follows: the process of structure is clear, and definitionof examination is visualized. All the activities of users in the system reflected in the mode oftransaction and guide the users’ activities by the transaction list produced from the system.Powerful statistical analysis ability: it at least provides function statistics by the time for eachmodule and provides a transaction statistics, monitoring, to remind function, allowing the userof each level to this system can get the information that they want conveniently. Using theBrowse/Server system structure and database technology, pure browser application, andgreatly reduces the use cost, making the installation, upgrade, backup of software only on theserver, the client does not need any set, enhance the reliability of data.
