Implementation And Evaluation Of HF Company Archival Information System Based On CMM

The implementation of archival information system is an important part of enterprise informatization construction.According to the informatization development strategy,HF company needs to take the lead in implementing and evaluating the archival information system in the headquarters.Due to the obvious gap between the current status and expectations of archival information management,it has become an urgent problem for HF company to clarify the content to be guaranteed in system implementation.Enterprise management leaders hope to find a set of step-by-step guidance to ensure the implementation effect.According to the literature research,the index system of evaluating the implementation of archival information system is basically perfect.Foreign and domestic scholars have used CMM theory to study the capability maturity of digital resource and established some effective systems.Based on the case analysis of HF company and the CMM theory,this paper attempts to build a capability maturity evaluation model for the implementation of the archival information system.It provides valuable reference for the similar problems that real estate enterprises may encounter in the decision-making process of the information construction of archives.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is theoretical research and literature analysis.The paper studies theories and methods of CMM and archival information system construction from the knowledge level,and formulates research ideas and technical routes.The second part is model construction.Based on CMM theory and demand analysis,this paper attempts to construct the capability maturity evaluation model implemented by HF company archival information system.The three-level evaluation index system is established from the two dimensions of function operation and influence factors.The third part is model application and example analysis.First of all,by using the model and qualitative and quantitative analysis,it is found that the overall capability maturity of HF company before implementation is close to the "repeatable level",and there are also shortcomings.Therefore,two evaluation dimensions are used in the system planning,and the implementation plan focuses on the weak factors.Then the comparative analysis of the model was used again to draw a conclusion that the overall evaluation of capability maturity after the implementation of HF company archival information system was "defined level",which explains the improvement of overall capability maturity.Then the changes of security factors before and after implementation is compared and reasons are analyzed.The fourth part is about the safeguard measures.During the implementation of the first,middle and later period,practical suggestions are provided from the overall perspective and for the key factors.In different stages,CMM based archival information system implementation capability maturity assessment,is a process to ensure the implementation efficiency and quality.It also provides strong support for enterprise decision-making during information construction.
