Research On Information Security Behavior Of Logistics Employees

With the increasingly serious problem of information security,many enterprises have realized the importance of protecting information security.At present,most enterprises will rely on technical means to ensure the internal information security of enterprises,such as early encryption technology,data backup,virus defense,firewall technology,intrusion prevention monitoring and identity authentication technology applied by enterprises in the network environment in the recent period.However,most enterprises often neglect the key factor in the whole information security system of the enterprise personnel.Modern logistics enterprises have generally realized information-based office,the daily work of employees can not be separated from the computer and the Internet,the main body of information operation is always the employees of the enterprise,the internal information security of the enterprise is inseparable from the behavior of employees in daily work.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to deeply analyze the information security behaviors of employees in logistics enterprises in order to understand the characteristics of information security behaviors of employees in daily work.What are the driving factors of these information security behaviors? To solve these problems can not only enrich the theoretical research of information behavior,but also have a very important practical significance for strengthening the security management of logistics and ensuring the information security of enterprises and people.This study mainly adopts the in-depth interview method of qualitative research to collect data.Firstly,the first draft of interview outline is designed according to the literature and research content,and the first draft of interview outline is modified and improved through pre interview.In this study,25 employees of logistics enterprises were interviewed(including 5 in advance and 2 in theoretical saturation test).The interview time was March 2019 and September 2019.After that,we use the three-level coding of grounded theory to analyze the collected data from the bottom to the top,and induce the essential theory.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)Information security behavior of logistics enterprise employees:(1)negative behavior of information security: harmful misuse;operation error;information leakage.(2)Positive behavior of information security: rule following;information protection;seeking help.Among them,harmful misuse mainly includes computer misuse and network misuse;human error includes improper information storage and computer operation;information disclosure includes selling information and chatting.In the positive behavior,the following rules include the implementation of transportation regulations and the compliance with enterprise system;information protection includes the use of passwords and permission settings;seeking help specifically refers to seeking the help of professionals.(2)Based on the analysis of information security behavior of employees in different logistics links and the logistics operation process,this paper constructs an information security behavior model of employees in logistics enterprises: negative information security behavior in the order processing link: information disclosure(selling information),human error(improper information storage);positive information security behaviors include: Information Protection(using password,permission setting),rule compliance Follow(comply with information security policy),ask for help(seek professional help).Negative behaviors of information security in warehousing operation:harmful misuse(computer misuse),human error(improper computer operation);positive behaviors of information security: seeking help(seeking professional help).The negative behaviors of information security in transportation operation mainly include: information disclosure(chatting);the positive behaviors of information security mainly include: following rules(implementing transportation regulations).(3)Analysis on the influencing factors of information security behavior of logistics enterprise employees.Through qualitative coding,the influencing factors of information security behavior of logistics employees are extracted.The results show that employees are the internal driving factors of information security behavior,and the enterprise environment is the external conditions of information security behavior.Among them,employees include safety awareness(anti leakage awareness,anti invasion awareness),work experience(work experience,work habits)and knowledge ability(professional knowledge background,technical ability).The enterprise environment includes working environment(access control,technical support,office process control),rules and regulations(security system,confidentiality agreement)and learning training(security training,business training).Finally,the paper constructs the influencing factor model of information security behavior of logistics enterprise employees.
