Research On The Influencing Factors Of Smartphone User Information Security Behavior

With the continuous growth of smartphone users and the increase of user dependence,the influence of smart phones on social development is also increasing.Based on the openness of the internet and the characteristics of smart phones,it is easy for criminals and groups to use it as a tool to spread illegal information,cheat and seek personal gain.Smart phones are closely related to personal privacy information,such as address lists,short messages,phone records,mobile payments,etc.the information security of smart phones also has the characteristics of protecting personal privacy data.Personal data is used by means of cell phone hacker,cell phone virus,cell phone loss and illegal reading of applications.At present,researchers at home and abroad have realized the seriousness of the information security problem of smart phones,and tried to use technical means to solve this problem.However,the existing research shows that relying on technical means alone can not effectively reduce the information security risks of smart phones,and information disclosure is also directly related to the users' unprotection and inaction of personal information.Based on the theories of protective motivation,social cognition,rational behavior,planned behavior and technology threat avoidance,this paper selects several main variables,namely,perceived seriousness,perceived susceptibility,perceived threat,response efficiency and self-efficacy.Through analyzing the influence of these variables on the information security behavior of smart phone users,the basic conceptual model is established.This paper collects data through questionnaire survey,analyzes the reliability and validity of influencing factors model of smart phone users' information security behavior,and verifies and analyzes the model results.Among them,perceived threat is regarded as the intermediate variable of perceived severity andperceived susceptibility.the analysis results show that perceived vulnerability and perceived severity indirectly affect behavior intention through perceived threat,thus affecting the information security behavior of smart phone users.At the same time,it is concluded that perceived threats have significant impacts on users' information security behaviors,and both reaction efficiency and self-efficacy have significant impacts on users' information security behaviors.Finally,at the end of this paper some suggestion were given.
