With the rapid development of network technology,weibo platform has become an indispensable part of people's lives.At the same time,information and network technology also affected people's learning methods and information access channels,informal learning has become more and more attention.Studies have shown that 70%of the information comes from informal occasions.And Weibo as a network application platform,because of its low threshold,real-time,convenience,interactive and other advantages,as people get information on one of the important virtual informal occasions.As the use of Weibo access to information is fragmented,the need for people to use information management to fragmented information for processing,the formation of a system architecture,so as to achieve the use of information and innovation.This paper summarizes the relevant theories of Weibo user information management by combing the relationship between personal information management and Weibo.Secondly,combined with the network user information behavior and personal information management behavior,analysis of Weibo user information management specificity.And then,based on the technical acceptance model(TAM model),expectation theory model,motivation theory and innovation diffusion theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of user information management behavior in Weibo environment based on Weibo user information management behavior,and puts forward the Weibo user information management behavior Influencing factors framework and research hypothesis.Finally,the conceptual model of information management is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis,the optimization strategy of Weibo user information management is put forward.
