With the rapid development of information technology(IT),in order to maintain and improve their market competitiveness,enterprises have gradually led information system(IS)into all aspects of enterprise management.The establishment and implementation of enterprise information system brings innovation and challenges to enterprise management.The establishment and implementation of enterprise information system requires cross-sectoral operation,involving business process:improvement and cross-sectoral cooperation and communication,and requires a lot of labor,material resources and money.However,after the establishment and implementation of information systems,many enterprises have not fully exploited the potential functions of information systems,which results in a disproportionate return and expectations.Employees' innovative use of IS is a kind of behavior to explore the potential functions of enterprise information system,which can help enterprise information system to maximize its utility and improve the utilization rate of information system.Thus,it is of great significance to study the innovative use behavior of employees in enterprises.Based on the above background,the purpose of this paper is to study the influencing factors of employee's individual IS innovative use behavior.Based on the external environment and internal factors,combined with social capital theory and individual innovation characteristics,this paper constructs an impact research model of individual innovative use.Using the method of combining theory with empirical analysis,this paper makes an empirical analysis with 110 employees of a domestic telecommunication enterprise as an effective sample.The results show that in the dimension of social capital structure,employees who give help to network centers are more likely to have innovative use behavior,while employees who get help to network centers are negatively correlated with innovative use behavior.n the dimension of social capital relationship,trust,norm and identity have positive and significant effects on innovative use behavior,while the shared vision of social capital cognitive dimension has no significant impact on innovative use behavior.In addition,the innovative spirit and innovative ability of individual employees have a significant positive impact on innovative use behavior as expected,and the innovative use behavior of individual employees has a positive impact on job performance.Through the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote innovative use behavior of employees,hoping to help enterprises maximize the value of IS,thereby improving the overall performance of enterprises.
