Research On Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Supply Chain Synergy Development

Synergy development is an important guiding ideology put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the new era.The proposal of knowledge supply chain synergy is an important manifestation which implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's synergy development concept of the new era into the field of knowledge supply chain.The synergy development of knowledge supply chain can condense the power of the various components of knowledge supply chain,integrate and improve various resources in the knowledge supply chain,promote the mutual benefit and win-win of the components of knowledge supply chain,and improve the level and efficiency of the entire knowledge supply chain.However,it is inevitable that synergy development of knowledge supply chain will be affected by many factors.Up to now,few scholars at home and abroad have explored the influencing factors of synergy development of knowledge supply chain.Therefore,studying the influencing factors of synergy development of knowledge supply chain and proposing strategies to accelerate the synergy development of knowledge supply chain has momentous theoretical and practical significance.This study aims to uncover the influencing factors of knowledge supply chain synergy development,and propose strategies for knowledge supply chain synergy development.Firstly,this study expounds the concept,the characteristics and the types of knowledge supply chain,synergy development and synergy development of knowledge supply chain.Secondly,this study extracts and explains the research variables of the factors affecting the synergy development of knowledge supply chain.This study puts forward the relevant research hypotheses about the factors affecting the synergy development of knowledge supply chain.And this study also builds a research model of the factors affecting the synergy development of knowledge supply chain.Thirdly,a questionnaire on the factors affecting synergy development of knowledge supply chain was designed pretested and surveyed.The data were analyzed by using SPSS26.0 software and AMOS24.0 software.Finally,based on the verification results of the influencing factors,this study specifically proposes strategies to accelerate the synergy development of knowledge supply chain from the synergy willingness,synergy ability and synergy relationship of the internal subject dimension of knowledge supply chain,as well as the synergy system and synergy technology of the external environment dimension of knowledge supply chain.The findings of this study are the influencing factors of the synergy development of the knowledge supply chain include the synergy willingness,synergy ability,synergy relationship,synergy system,synergy technology.And these influencing factors all exert remarkable influence on the knowledge supply chain synergy development.In order of the influence coefficients are synergy willingness,synergy ability,synergy technology,synergy system,synergy relationship.According to the research results,this study proposes the strategies for knowledge supply chain synergy development include cultivate knowledge supply chain synergy development willingness,improve knowledge supply chain synergy development ability,establish knowledge supply chain synergy development relationship,establish and improve knowledge supply chain synergy development system,develop and improve knowledge supply chain synergy development technology.
