Research On The Construction And Strategy Of The Model Of Library Knowledge Management Based On Knowledges Supply Chain

In the knowledge economy times,the idea of knowledge management has been widespread in every area of the society.And especially in the library world,the application of the knowledge-management idea has made the traditional library cause gain great leaps.But to the library in the present stage,the theory of the library knowledge management is not very perfect,and the new idea of the knowledge supply chain will give a good supply to both the theory and practice of the library knowledge management,so as to improve the service ability of the library and also keep the distributing central position of cultural information of the library.This thesis based on the theory of knowledge management aims to make a study on the model and strategies of library knowledge management based on knowledge supply chain.This thesis is divided into five chapters.Chapter one and chapter two are the basic theoretical part of the thesis,and also introduce the background and research contents of topic and some related theory such as knowledge management and knowledge supply chain.
