Research On The Operation Analysis And Countermeasures Of The Library Alliance In The Perspective Of Game Theory

With the continuous development of the library cause,the overall advantage of information resource sharing of library alliance is gradually highlighted;In order to meet the increasing demand for information,library alliance has become a trend of the existence and development of libraries.There are many problems to be solved urgently during the operation of library alliance,such as the irrational choice between collective interests and individual interests caused by the lack of collective consciousness.The serious imbalance between the costs and the benefits caused by the opportunism.The unreasonable construction of information resources caused by the lack of trust mechanism.The decrease of the efficiency of alliance resource co-construction caused by the lack of contribution motivation.The poor quality of alliance information transmission caused by the information asymmetry.In order to solve the above problems,the game theory should be introduced into the library alliance to provide reference and reference value for the healthy and sustainable operation of library alliance.By using the literature research method to collect and sort out the relevant researches on library alliance and game theory at home and abroad,so as to understand the operating status and game problems of library alliance comprehensively.By using the comparative analysis method to study the operating status of library alliances at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems existing in the operation of library alliances in China by drawing lessons from the operating experience of foreign library alliances.By using the game analysis method,the classic game models are introduced,the alliance revenue matrices are established,the strategy choices of each party of the alliance are analyzed,and the effective ways to solve the problems are found.By using the content analysis method and combining with the operation mechanism of library alliance and the results of game analysis,this paper puts forward the optimal countermeasures to realize the effective operation of library alliance,so as to realize the maximum of the overall interests of the alliance.By using the interdisciplinary research method to study the problems and countermeasures in the operation of the alliance on the whole on the basis of the relevant theoretical achievements of multiple disciplines.From the perspective of game,the problems in library alliance operation mainly include the "prisoner's dilemma" of alliance rational choice,the "intelligent pigs game" of alliance income balance,the "fighting cock game" of alliance resource construction,the "supervision game" of alliance negative co-construction,and the "signal game" of alliance information transmission and so on.In order to realize the effective operation of library alliance,firstly,the incentive mechanism should be established to strengthen the cooperative consciousness of member libraries.Secondly,the distribution mechanism should be established to enhance the enthusiasm of member libraries to participate in the cooperation.Thirdly,the trust mechanism should be established to rationalize the construction of alliance resources.Fourthly,the constraint mechanism should be established to improve the efficiency of resource co-construction of the alliance.Fifthly,the information transmission mechanism should be established to strengthen the quality of information transmission of the alliance.Through the implementation of the above scheme to ensure that all parties of the alliance can make the most correct strategy choice when facing game problems,so as to further realize the effective operation of the alliance.The use of game theory to explore the interests relationship of the alliance is an important way to promote the optimization of the operational mechanism of the alliance.Based on the game theory,the establishment of the balance of interests and the effective operation modes of the library alliance is beneficial to ensure the scientific,orderly and efficient operation of the library alliance.
