In recent years, with the development of e-commerce and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, express logistics distribution has played an increasingly important role in meeting people's normal living needs and urban economic development. However, the lack of effective resource sharing and cooperation mechanisms among courier companies makes existing logistics delivery resources unable to cope with the rapid increase in express demand during major festivals and events(such as National Day and Double Eleven),which leads to delays, damage, and loss of express from time to time in delivery process. The effective resource sharing and cooperation mechanism design among courier companies can realize the rational allocation of express delivery resources, thereby improving the utilization rate of express delivery resources and effectively responding to the rapid increase in demand for express delivery. The purpose of this paper is to study the optimization mechanism of express delivery scheduling alliance based on resource sharing,so as to effectively improve the utilization rate of express delivery logistics resources and reduce the operating cost of courier companies. Therefore, the topic selection of this paper is conducive to the sustainable development of modern logistics. At the same time,it has important theoretical and practical significance to further expand the theoretical research of logistics distribution network optimization. In this paper, the cooperative optimization of urban logistics distribution networks is studied from the perspective of the optimization mechanism design of the express delivery distribution alliance considering resource sharing. The design of the optimization mechanism for express delivery distribution scheduling network and alliance, including the optimization of the express delivery distribution network, the multi-center cooperative alliance's profit allocation problem and the optimization stability of the express pickup and distribution scheduling alliance, were studied in depth to explore the optimization methods of each link and their relationships, and then provide theoretical and methodological support for the optimization and implementation of the express logistics distribution network. The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Study the optimization problem of express delivery scheduling alliance based on resource sharing.First,a mixed integer programming model is constructed with the minimum total transportation cost of logistics facilities as the target and the maximum load of vehicles and the maximum storage capacity of logistics facilities as constraints. The model considers how to realize vehicle sharing and logistics facilities resource sharing and customer service sharing through cooperation.Secondly,a hybrid intelligent algorithm(GA-PSO)based on genetic algorithm(GA)and particle swarm algorithm(PSO)integration is proposed to solve the problem. An efficient selective conferring mechanism is embedded in the algorithm design process, which enhances the global search ability and local search ability of the algorithm, and improves the convergence of the algorithm. The comparative analysis of the Cooperative Parallel Tabu Search(CPTS)algorithm,Hybrid Genetic Algorithm(HGA)Learning-Based Optimization)algorithm further validates the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. Then, the MCRS model is used to solve the profit distribution optimization scheme of the express delivery scheduling alliance based on resource sharing, and the distribution scheduling alliance cooperation sequence is studied using the strict monotonous path principle. Finally,an empirical example is conducted to verify the proposed method, the results show that the proposed method can reduce the operational costs of the express logistics delivery network and improve entire customer service efficiency.(2)Study the optimization mechanism of pickup and distribution scheduling alliance based on resource sharing.First,a bi-objective optimization model based on resource sharing for express delivery pickup and distribution scheduling with the goal of minimizing the total cost of logistics facilities and the minimum number of vehicles is constructed.Secondly, the Dijkstra algorithm considering customer needs and service time is proposed to study the calculation of the pickup cost in the model, while in the process of calculating the distribution cost,an improved spatio-temporal clustering algorithm is used to perform customer clustering operations, and a Tabu Search algorithm(TS)and a Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm(NSGA-?)are combined to perform express delivery route generation and distribution cost optimization calculation. To further verify the effectiveness of the hybrid intelligent algorithm, comparison and analysis of the hybrid TS and NSGA-? algorithm(INSGA-?)with NSGA?-CW(NSGA-? based on CW saving method)and Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm(MOPSO)prove the effectiveness and stability of the INSGA-? algorithm. Then, the Shapley value method is used to solve the profit allocation scheme of the express pickup and distribution scheduling alliance based on resource sharing, and the stability of the alliance is analyzed using the "snowball" theory. Finally,an empirical case is conducted to verify the application of the proposed method, and the results show that the proposed method can reduce the operational cost of the express pickup and distribution network, thereby improving the operational efficiency of urban logistics systems.
