Research On Digital Transformation Development Of Small And Medium-sized University Press Taking Jinan University Press As An Example

The digital transformation of publishing enterprises is not only the need for the survival and development of publishing enterprises in the Internet era,but also the demand for giving play to the function of cultural communication.With the development of digital technology and the promotion of a series of policies,the domestic publishing industry has gradually entered the stage of deepening the digital transformation of the publishing industry and deep integration of digital publishing and traditional publishing.Small and medium-sized university press,as the weaker part of publishing enterprises,is limited by the scale of enterprises and publishing structure,and puts forward higher requirements for the promotion of digital transformation.It is of great practical significance to analyze the digital transformation of small and medium-sized university press.This paper first analyzes the necessity and current situation of the digital transformation of university publishing houses,and analyzes the advantages and problems of small and medium-sized university publishing houses in the process of digital transformation.Secondly,taking the digital transformation of Jinan University Press as the main research object,the paper analyzes the practice of digital transformation of Jinan University Press,and expounds the process of digital transformation of Jinan University Press from the aspects of ideas,systems,products,technologies and the difficulties in the transformation.On the basis of summarizing the digital transformation experience of Jinan University Press,this paper explores the countermeasures for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized university press,including enhancing the scale efficiency of digital publishing,improving the operation ability of digital publishing,strengthening the ability to resist the challenges of digital publishing environment,and making efforts to break through the bottleneck of system and mechanism.
