TV news has intuitive,authentic,strong impact and appeal,which greatly enhances the effect of news dissemination and has become the main front of news publicity and public opinion supervision in China,and the mouthpiece of the Party and the government.In the era of "Internet+" with the rapid development of information technology,the acquisition,production and broadcasting technologies of TV news also need to be updated iteratively and integrated gradually.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and design the news program collection and broadcasting system of Xuzhou TV station based on multimedia technology.This paper takes the project of the integration and upgrade of new and old technologies of Xuzhou TV station as the background,and takes multimedia technology as the basis,and redesigns the main process elements involved in the collection,editing and broadcasting according to the content production order,in order to adapt to the new trend of TV news integration development,meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the audience,and enhance the comprehensive influence and competitiveness of the media.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Researches and designes the framework of Xuzhou TV's media collection and broadcasting system.Based on the principles of standardization,unity,practicability,openness,economy and security,this paper redesigns the system framework on the basis of in-depth analysis of system requirements and program production process.It mainly includes four subsystems: collection,editing,broadcasting and emergency response to editing broadcasting error.This paper also studies the video codec,RTMP,MD5 check,clock synchronization and other technologies involved in the system.(2)Researches and designes Xuzhou TV's media collection subsystem.On the basis of requirement analysis of this subsystem,this paper discusses the selection and determination of the shooting and transmission equipment of the collection subsystem,analyzes the framework design and business process analysis of the collection subsystem.The methods of information collection and transmission in fixed and mobile scenes are also discussed.(3)Researches and designes Xuzhou TV's media editing subsystem.Based on the requirement analysis of this subsystem,this paper completes the framework design and business process analysis of the editing subsystem.The network editing software based on PC terminal and the editing software based on Radio and Television Cloud System are discussed in depth.(4)Researches and designes Xuzhou TV's media broadcasting subsystem.This paper discusses the present situation of the existing system,calculates the amount of business required by the storage of the broadcasting system.Based on the fact that no more bandwidth is needed,it completes the system framework design,combs out the key equipment and software implementation processes for broadcasting,designs the program list arrangement,and optimizes some network structures and dynamic allocation technologies.The broadcasting system is better suited to the needs of TV broadcasting and streaming media access.(5)The editing and broadcasting emergency response subsystem of Xuzhou TV station is studied and designed.Using the main and standby server modes and the main and standby two-way servers running at the same time,this paper designs the software and hardware security schemes of the manuscript system,editing system and broadcasting system respectively,which strongly guarantees the security and reliability of live news broadcasting.The paper also tests the system performance,and the results show that it meets the application requirements.At present,the media collection and broadcasting system of Xuzhou TV station has been running for more than 2 years with quality performance.This paper includes 51 figures,11 tables,and refers to 80 references.
