According to the 47th "Statistical Report on Internet Development in China",as of December 2020,the number of Internet users in our country has reached989 million,the number of mobile phone users has reached 986 million,and the number of short video users has reached 873 million.With the rapid increase in the number of netizens,the Internet industry has developed unprecedentedly and has changed the way of communication in the media industry.New media using the Internet has brought unprecedented impact to the traditional media industry.Traditional media are facing a decline in attention,loss of attention,and decline of income.The situation of plummeting.As a transformation of the former traditional media,the Z District Convergence Media Center is also facing the problem of decreased attention caused by the loss of audiences.In the face of this irreversible trend,and in order to follow the trend of the times,the construction of the Z District Convergence Media Center was launched in early 2019,and it was officially established in September of that year.Z District Convergence Media Center integrated the TV stations and radio stations in the original Z District.The organizational structure,equipment and staff,newspapers and news networks rely on technological platform upgrades to centralize the original separate news production and publication methods,with a mobile client as the center,radiating all media acquisition,editing and broadcasting,while retaining the traditional media Under the premise,a new era of integrated media communication has been opened.First of all,this paper uses corporate strategic management theory to analyze the internal environment of the research object,uses the PEST model to analyze the external macro environment,and uses Porter's "five forces" model to analyze the external competitive environment.Secondly,in order to select a suitable development strategy,use the internal and external environment analyzed above to summarize 20 key internal and external factors,and use the SWOT matrix to propose various development strategies.After determining the alternative strategy,use the internal key factors to construct the IFE matrix.The external key factors construct the EFE matrix and assign weights to the 20 key factors analyzed.Finally,build the QSPM matrix based on all the information analyzed above,and use the method of scoring by experts to select the final strategy from the alternative strategies determined in advance.After the above analysis,this article finally chooses the relevant diversified development strategy as the future development strategy of the financial media center in Z District,which is subdivided into market development strategy,product development strategy and service development strategy.After briefly expounding the feasibility analysis of the implementation of these diversification strategies,it is proposed that strategic guarantees should be implemented in risk management and control,management processes and personnel training to ensure that the diversification development strategy can be implemented smoothly and achieve the pre-set strategic goals.By analyzing the Z District convergence media center,it is concluded that the current media hub at the county level in the face of the impact of the Internet new media must present decline,but how to carry on the transformation in the era of financial media and find a way to fit the development of financial media is the county level media can secure a key step in the media industry.
