interesting,More will be fashioning.The fourth meeting of the Central Leading Group for Deepening O verall Reform issued a clear guideline on the convergence of traditional and new media and their development on Aug 18,2014.President Xi Jinpng's vow to emphasize "The convergence of traditional and new media must abide by communication laws while giving full play to ‘Internet thinking'.Based on content creation,and backed by technology,the integration can take root in content,news resources,publication,business operation and management."Without materials,nothing exists.Without energy,nothing happens.Without information,nothing makes sense[Oettinger1965].As one of three resource(materials,energy and information),information brings more and more important influence on our life.For the rich and independent information system,IF(information fusion)as a new research direction,has been spawned by information processing efficiently and information analyzing profoundly.Being the fundamental object of information field,Media Resources can be the cognition and recapitulation of media and its statement on resource.With the effective utilization of IF,improving the quality on media resource and strengthening the efficiency on media has naturally become the main target.Diversified integration of media resources is the necessary stage of IF,as also mobile Internet is the important basis on convergence media broadcasting application.Therefore,Research on diversified integration of media resources with mobile Internet has the significance o n practice and discussion.In the dissertation,some discussion on information fusion and diversified integration of media resources has carried out.Firstly,according to the situation assessment in information fusion and the geological fault in geology,the theoretical system of data faultage is proposed.Based on the data fusion algorithm of data faultage,the situation assessment of Shanghai "dynamic 101" user listening logs is evaluated.Secondly,based on the state transitions in information fusion and the principal component analysis in statistics,data fusion on principal component transitions is submitted to transform the polynary and multivariate states into fewer synthetic variables.Distributed principal component transitions are used to process "Dynamic 101" user listening logs and its model is verified.Thirdly,making use of the effectiveness assessment in information fusion,the energy in physics and the collision in molecular dynamics,the model of data fusion and the method of effectiveness assessment based on energy collision are constructed to optimize the effect of media integration about the user listening logs.Fourthly,following out the scenario based design in information fusion,fusion scenario based design for convergence media broadcasting applications is brought forward to the specific design on collection,aggregation,distribution and security of Shanghai broadcast omnimedia convergence platform @Radio.The fusion scenario blueprint of Shanghai convergence media broadcasting has been outlined by multi source collection,content sharing,multimedia production and cross media distribution.Supporting by the actual project through different levels and fields,three aspects in the dissertation have been made breakthroughs.One is that the integration of broadcast media resources is first discussed by information fusion,which is the classical theory of military science.The system of situation assessment and situation awareness on data faultage,the method of s tate transitions on principal component analysis,the process of data fusion effectiveness assessment on energy collision,and the model of the convergence media broadcast application platform construction on fusion scenario,are the new direction to explore the integration of broadcast media resources.Two is that the theory system on data faultage is first proposed comprehensive ly and completely.The macroscopic data faultage and the microscopic data faultage,the primary data faultage and the secondary data faultage,the structural data faultage and the content data faultage,the dominant data faultage and the tacit data faultage,the inner data faultage and the outer data faultage,have been clarified.Three is that the architecture by fusion scenario based design on Shanghai convergence media broadcasting application is first described comprehensively in public.From formulating a complete and unified integration program to focusing on the content of media products,from achieving the user's comprehensive service and development capabilities to increasing investment in technology,the construction of convergence media broadcasting application has been more explicit and refined.After the research and practice,the logic,path,pattern and strategy on the integration of media resources are discussed from the perspective of information fusion.These achievements,which has strong pertinence,practical significance and application value,provide new ideas for the traditional broadcasting and media convergence.
