Research On Key Technologies Of Traceable Supply Chain System Based On Blockchain

Supply chain is a network chain structure composed of participating enterprises and consumers in commodity production and circulation,while supply chain management is a coordinated planning among enterprises and departments of the whole supply chain,covering the flow of products,funds and information in the supply chain.The aim is to improve the efficiency and benefits of the whole supply chain.In order to maximize the benefit of the supply chain,the most important thing is to solve the problem of information exchange between various enterprise departments.Effective information communication can enable enterprises to accurately predict downstream orders,arrange practical order tasks,reduce the economic losses caused by insufficient supply and hoarding of goods,and improve departmental performance,enterprise performance,and even the entire supply chain performance.In addition,for consumers,product quality is also a matter of concern.It is difficult for ordinary consumers to directly identify product quality,but they can trace the product source and judge the product source through the manufacturer,so as to judge whether the product quality is guaranteed or not.Therefore,product traceability is also one of the pursuits of the supply chain.The blockchain technology with decentralization and traceability can improve the information exchange and product traceability of the supply chain to a certain extent.In the process of information sharing and traceability,the information query in the block chain needs to traverse all the transactions in the block,resulting in a long transaction query time,and there is much room for improvement in the transaction data and query scheme.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward a traceability supply chain system scheme based on block chain.The main work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of information sharing and traceability of supply chain enterprises,a supply chain data sharing and traceability method based on UTXO model is proposed.Specifically,with the combination of blockchain technology and supply chain management,the enterprise orders goods through the blockchain network,and the supplier accepts it and then publishes it on the chain.Based on the information unit of the UTXO model,the enterprise can immediately query the upstream order information,so as to obtain the order information related to the current order,so as to achieve the purpose of enterprise information sharing within the supply chain.(2)Aiming at the problem of product traceability in the supply chain,the final transaction node is set up in the block chain node.Consumers and government regulatory departments can query and trace the source through the external interface node,the query content will not show the specific order goods,but only the enterprise name in the process of commodity production,to protect the privacy of enterprises in the supply chain while preventing label replication.(3)Aiming at the query efficiency of traceability of block chain transactions,a data storage and Merkle tree scheme based on red-black tree is proposed,which enables intra-block transactions to be queried quickly,while retaining the functions of rapid verification and tamperproof,and ensures that the longest step of intra-block transaction search no more than twice as much as the others.(4)On the basis of the above scheme,the supply chain system based on block chain technology is realized,and the simulation test is carried out.
