After the new media was appeared, this is a new and different media in the world, it is not a traditional media and there are lots of differences between them. The rapid development of new media has undergone enormous changes for society, on this basis, new media companies were appeared and gradually develop. Although the new media business was a new part in the economic market, and its development is very sooth. Like other things, every coin has two sides. In the process there are many problems, one of them is the lack of corporate social responsibility. The academia and industry both pay more attention on this issue, and all sectors of society offer a lot of solutions, but the new media companies still need to further enhance the self. With more perfect laws and regulations, and actively implement some measures, it is possible to assume corresponding corporate social responsibility as soon as possible, to better promote the development of enterprises and society. In this paper, from the definition, features, impact and meaning of new media, and the situation of development of new media enterprises in the world, especially in China, to research new media, new media enterprises and its corporate social responsibility. At the same time, this research will use the media theory and economics theory as the basis, and also use of "gatekeeper" theory, the propagation model theory, and the theory of media social responsibility, audience right to information theory and the theory of public trust. To better to analyze the phenomenon of new media companies with lacking of corporate social responsibility phenomenon, this research will combine the reasons of this occurrence. And this research will offer some suggestions and strategies to better solve this problem, on the other hand, this research also is trying to implement these measures to help new media companies can fulfill more fully corporate social responsibility.
