At the beginning of new millennium, the appearance of the open electron market promoted the electronic commerce to develope vigorously, the electronic commerce important component-electronic negotiation is getting more and more remarkable. The automated negotiation is a self-serving use of intelligent software Agent on behalf of its users and the other Agent for the transaction of goods or services in electronic negotation. The negotiation mechanism is for efficient self-structured negotiation and systematic approach, which includes the negotiation protocol and negotiation strategy. Up to now, domestic and foreign experts have proposed some models about the automated negotiation one after another, which has laid the important foundation for the deep research. However, some negotiation forms aren't able to be realized, for example one-to-many negotiation, many-to-many negotiation, multi-issue automated negotiation and so on. In addition, under the traditional negotiation mechanisms, the fairness of the negotiation process and outcome is damaged because of the loss of the traders' information and the non-symmetric bidding. That Aggravates negotiant's psychological burden which affectes that negotiation is carried out smoothly. There is no necessary concessions information under the existing synchronous bidding negotiation protocol which is impossible to solve the complex multi-issue concessions. Therefore, automated negotiation mechanism is also needed for further research to solve these related problems. This research is in the State Natural Sciences Foundation subsidization "the seal bids synchronization bargaining protocol and Agent negotiation strategy research" research project, conducted the in-depth study to the automated negotiation, proposed "the synchronous-bidding automated negotiation mechanism model based on concessions prompt", and researched its key negotiation strategy more in-depth study.This study focuses in the negotiation application mechanism under the electronic commerce environment, based on the realistic demand of the commercial transaction, first separates negotiation foundation unit-Bilateral Negotiation from the complex diverse negotiation forms, analyzes the application prospect of the structurized negotiation form, proposed and has constructed the bilateral synchronization automated negotiation protocol based on the MAS.One-to-one single issue automated negotiation is the foundation of other bilateral automated negotiation forms. Synchronous bidding and information shield reduce mistrust between the participants and avoid the loss of the participants' potential benefits.By introducing a third party to shield the true identity and the bidding information of the participants, especially the introduction of concessions prompt resolve the information lack for the concession decision-making, that guarantee the Justice and efficiency in negotiation. The participant's benefit has been optimized as much as possible in the negotiation model. Thus has solved some difficult problems that hindrance the negotiation research and application to a certain extent.Many-to-many negotiation and multi-issue negotiation are important negotiation application forms. Through the analysis of the many-to-many negotiation model, the bilateral synchronous many-to-many automated negotiation protocol has been established, that resolved the bidding and concession coherence problem between the bilateral numerous participants. Through the analysis to the synthetic preferences of the multi-issue negotiation and other problems that currently exist, especially the multi-dimensional concession space, have been comprehensively analyzed. The bilateral synchronous multi-issue automated negotiation protocol has been established. Concessions prompt mechanism with multidimensional space characteristic resolve the decision-making to the Agent concession direction and intensity. This protocol uses the Packed-Deal negotiation method, namely in the proposition there are many issue subjects. When some issues have already been achieved consistently, the following negotiation will complete the negotiation solution in conditions of that, continue to carry on the negotiation of the other issues, until to obtain the consensus of opinion in all issue subject between the both sides. The operating characteristics of the negotiation protocol and practical application examples have been presented.Under the protocol, the Agent's decision information and the basic strategy are used to develop the Agent's negotiation strategy. The principle and the method how the bought and sold Agent's negotiation strategies are developed under the incomplete information, have been studied separately. The analysis on the Agent's concessions strategy under the time weaken factor function has been carried on. Finally, the qualitative analysis and research about the mutual balanced negotiation results from the bilateral combination types of the different strategies have been carried on. Such provides a set of principles and methods for Agent strategy development.On the basis of the above, we used MATLAB to design and realize a comparison experiment under the same condition to test the superiority of ABP (Alternative Bidding Protocol), SBP (Synchronous Bidding Protocol), SSBP (Sealed Synchronous Bidding Protocol) and ISBP (Induced Sealed Synchronous Bidding Protocol). According to the analysis and the explanation of the Agent's negotiation strategy under the different protocols, the experiment environment has been established. The production of the simulated data,the design of the evaluation indicators and so on, have been completed. The performance results of these protocols in the comparison experiment have been obtained and compared. The conclusion has been drawn based on the result analysis and the comparison:Under the same experiment condition, the new negotiation protocol surpass the other traditional protocol successfully in reduction of the negotiation time, fairness guarantee as well as the trade promotion and so on.
