The talent recruitment is one of the most indispensable and important jobs for each company.It provides important human resource foundation for a company's steady and stable operation,sustainable development even its expansion.The same truth also applies to campus recruitment.Besides the above-mentioned equally important factors,campus recruitment also offers a very beneficial platform for the company's talents reserve and corporate propaganda.Based on the prior background,in order to solve the problems in recruitment and to avoid repetitive work caused by human factors,the campus recruitment system is therefore emerged.The campus recruitment system is based on the company's employing process to meet its recruitment requirements.The system simplifies the complicated employing process,saves much human power,time even cost,and at the same time it also launches a custom-made ad campaign for achieving the better and more efficient propaganda effect.The campus recruitment system contains two parts: foreground website and background management.The foreground website is deployed in the external network,aiming mainly at the large number of campus students.The students' resumes input and maintenance,search for the position vacant,resume delivery and the acquisition of the company and its relevant information are all realized through the foreground website.The background management aims mainly at the recruitment managers,recruitment principals and job interviewers etc.They establish and spread the relevant employment plans and vacancies and execute the employment process through background management.The background management is deployed within the network.The campus recruitment system uses Java as its development language,and the database adopts MySQL.This system takes B/S architecture,and the front page development uses Ajax and jQury related script.The back-end development uses SpringMVC and MyBatis frames to start the development work.Moreover it uses Redis as its cache storage tool to improve the system's operation efficiency.At the same time,it uses the company's cloud storage to save all the uploaded attachments and images in the system to save the space,enabling the system to work in a normal and steady state.
