In recent years, various K12 knowledge service platforms have been born one after another, and generally maintain the momentum of rapid development. At the same time, there are also many problems in the K12 knowledge service industry. On the one hand, the quality of product content is uneven, there are problems in many aspects, such as homogenization of topics, too much pursuit of form and neglect of content, lack of strict control in the content, editing and design, blindly addition of knowledge content that does not conform to the learning and cognition rules of K12 users. On the other hand, there are excessive marketing problems such as exaggerating the effect of "famous teacher",fluctuating product value and damaging the interests of some users.Through extensive reading of the literature, internship and practice research in three K12 knowledge service platforms successively, the analysis of typical cases and indepth interviews with three senior editors,it is found that the above problems are closely related to the lack of subjectivity of K12 knowledge service product editors. Therefore, based on the above problems, this paper attempts to explore how to optimize the play of editors' subjectivity in the process of content production and marketing of K12 knowledge service products from the perspective of editors' subjectivity,so as to help alleviate or solve the current problems in the field of K12 knowledge service. This paper consists of five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction to lay the foundation for the following research. The second chapter mainly discusses the present situation of the editor's subjectivity in K12 knowledge service, including the practice environment of the editor's subjectivity, the performance of the editor's subjectivity in practice and the analysis of the reasons for the editor's subjectivity. The third chapter demonstrates the necessity of optimizing the play of editors' subjectivity by analyzing some problems of K12 knowledge service caused by the lack of editors' subjectivity. The fourth chapter selects the typical and universal K12 knowledge service platform –SHAONIANODEDAO as a case, and summarizes its experience of giving full play to the editor's subjectivity in practice.Based on the above analysis, the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the editor's subjectivity, and points out that we should improve the current situation and the problems caused by the lack of editorial subjectivity from the three aspects: editor's subject itself, production mechanism and knowledge service platform.First, editors should improve their professional quality.Second,we should adjust the production mechanism and improve the discourse power of editors in the process of product content production and marketing.Third, the knowledge service platform should affirm and stimulate the subjectivity of editors.Through the above strategies, the dynamic role of editorial subjects is optimized, the value of K12 knowledge service products is enhanced, and better social and economic benefits are formed.
