With the rapid development of electronic technology and the continuous improvement of production and life requirements,the integration of electronic equipment is getting higher and higher,and the expansion modules are becoming more and more abundant.However,the use environment of electronic equipment is complicated,and it is affected by internal and external factors during operation.It is prone to failure at times,which affects the safety and stability of electronic equipment.Aiming at potential failures on electronic equipment,analyzing the failure modes of devices and collecting and real-time monitoring of relevant important parameters has important engineering application value.This paper designs and implements a standardized embedded health monitoring module based on IIC bus based on Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)technology.The state provides a reference basis.This module is used in the PSOC board in the domestic airborne computer project to collect the voltage value,input current value and temperature value of the main heating components of the power supply system on the PSOC board,and upload the collected parameters to the PSOC through the IIC bus The chip FMQL45 performs storage,display,judgment and automatic response.The article analyzed the development status of PHM technology,gived the framework of the health monitoring module and planed the design process of the health monitoring module.According to actual project requirements and domestic MCU replacement trends,the health monitoring module used domestic MCU GD32F307RET6 as the main control chip and was embedded in the PSOC board as an independent functional module.It is divided according to different functional areas in the PSOC board,and the sampling circuit is used to The 9-channel voltage value and input current value of the power supply system are collected in real time.NTC thermistor sensors are used to collect the temperature values of the PSOC chip,DDR chip and PSOC board in real time.The collected data is processed in the MCU and passed The IIC bus is uploaded to the PSOC chip FMQL45.This paper builded a PSOC board debugging platform,verified the data collection function and data transmission function of the health monitoring module on the basis of the debugging platform,and then collected statistics and calculates the average value to obtain the relative error and the source of the error Analyzed.The test result verifies the feasibility and correctness of the health monitoring module.
