With the development of sensor technology and communication technology,electronic information equipment equipped with specific function of monitoring and transmission is booming.Today's society is facing a total information revolution in industry,medical,environment,smart home and logistics.With the explosive growth of measurement data,there is a more urgent requirement of obtaining meaningful results with a more rapid,economic and effective way.To improve the intelligence degree of acquisition nodes and get raw data processed nearby is exactly what we need.Multifunctional acquisition terminal has witnessed an unprecedented development with their advantages of portability,low cost and wide-extension.Researches have been done from the constitution of a comprehensive acquisition node to the achievements of rich communication methods with cross platform feature and integration of data processing functions.These are totally done based on an embedded processer with low cost.The whole research results are been put into practical use for test at last.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Firstly,The paper designed system architecture of a complete acquisition node according to the current requirement,and give the detailed analysis to every part.Secondly,Comparison of different software architecture was done for the acquisition node,namely script acquisition based on MicroPython and protocol based one.At last,the latter was chosen.(2)According to previous analysis,Bluetooth USB and WIFI communications based on this platform are dug into.Reducing the remote server load was achieved by hole punching technology according to the research of remote acquisition mode.A cross-platform solution with WebSocket is proposed last.(3)A method to dispose the filter parameter dynamically is proposed,which improve the flexibility of the filter application.Various digital signal processing functions are integrated in the microprocessor platform,which minimizes the limitation of usage of various digital signal processing.(4)The hardware design of the vibration acquisition front-end is introduced.The background noise of the circuit is measured,and measuring accuracy is tested by comparing with the vibration transducer calibration instrument.The using effects of various communication modes,cross-platform acquisition and digital signal processing are been tested.A practical application case of the acquisition node is present in the last.
