An Analysis Of The Production Mechanism And Development Dilemma Of Fact-checking News In My Country

At present,our news industry is facing the impact of post truth era,a large number of false information is full of network life.In the post truth era,the objective facts are coerced by people's subjective emotions.Emotions,values and positions occupy the priority in the audience's judgment,and experts' opinions and evidence of facts are put in the secondary position.In this context,fact checking news is rising all over the world.Fact checking news originated in the west,and has been widely promoted with the praise of journalistic professionalism in the West.In the face of the phenomenon of false news flooding in the post truth era,fact checking news ensures the authenticity of news reports to a certain extent,and provides the system design for the audience's trust and dependence on the media.By analyzing the practice and effect of fact checking news at home and abroad,this paper attempts to explore the production mechanism and development prospect of fact checking news.The first chapter of this paper analyzes the development history of fact checking news,mainly combs the development status of fact checking news in China and the West.In China,the research and application of fact checking is still in a hazy exploration period.This paper introduces the development process and research status of Western fact checking news,which has important reference significance for the identification of false news on the Internet and the development of fact checking news in China.The second chapter focuses on the production mechanism of China's fact verification news platform.After screening,three domestic fact verification platforms with different backgrounds are selected as the main research objects: Tencent's "truer" platform,people's net's "truer" column and Xinhua News Agency's "verification" platform,all of which have high influence,popularity and authority,Moreover,in the aspect of fact verification news information release,it has comprehensive types and high update frequency,which is representative and research value.By combing the content production characteristics and operation characteristics of the platform,this paper discusses its operation mode and the basic rules in the process of communication in the context of the new media era.In the third and fourth chapters,starting from the whole,under the overall background of the post truth era and news verification,the development of China's news industry is macroscopically considered,and the shortcomings of China's fact verification news are pointed out.This paper argues that fact checking news has almost become an indispensable part of the current journalism.Fact checking news has its own advantages in its practice,which is also the reason for its prosperity.However,we should also see that fact verification is not absolutely omnipotent.The development of fact verification news in China is still lagging behind,there is no clear standard for "what to check",a relatively clear framework system has not been established,verification means are not mature,technical advantages have not been fully utilized,and human and material resources are insufficient.At the same time,the fact checking news itself also has some defects,such as credibility disputes,social effect disputes,technology limitations and other issues,which also need to be paid attention to in the future development.Finally,adhere to the problem oriented consciousness,combined with the lack of development and difficulties of fact checking news,this paper reflects on the production mechanism of fact checking news in China,and puts forward more reasonable development strategies in the aspects of credibility,neutrality,technicality and interactivity of fact checking.
