| In recent years,with the in-depth promotion of smart city,smart archives in our country are also receiving increasing attention.Smart archives are in the organic system of smart city,and there is an important interaction between them.In the process of smart archives construction towards smart city,there are many complex and uncertain risk factors.The article defines the concept and connotation of smart city and smart archives,and clarifies the difference between digital archives and smart archives,so that the archival academia can form a more clear and unified understanding of the role of smart archives,then it analyzes the essence and deep logical relationship between smart city and smart archives.On this basis,this paper analyzes the risk factors of smart archives construction towards smart city from two aspects of technology and management.Furthermore,it puts forward the construction strategy of smart archives risk defense system towards smart city.This system is mainly composed of three layers: the whole process technical risk defense layer of smart archives,the all-round management risk defense layer of smart archives and the all staff risk defense layer of smart archives,so as to form a full coverage and high protection risk defense system that runs through the whole process of technical operation,all-round management operation,and surrounded by all staff inside and outside the smart archives,in order to have reference significance for the research on smart archives risk defense towards smart city. |
