| With the rapid development of Internet technology,the number of mobile phone network users in China is increasing.In this era of information explosion,the way of obtaining news and information is constantly shifting to mobile clients.Provincial news APPS are responsible for local public opinion guidance and news publicity,with strong local characteristics.In 2021,the upstream news "Bang Bang" channel won the first prize of the 31 st China News Award for News Column,and was successfully selected as the innovative case of the in-depth integration development of The Chinese newspaper industry that year.Based on this,this study takes the upstream news "Bang Bang" channel as the main research object,and discusses how the "Bang Bang" channel operates and develops?What efforts has "Bang Bang" channel made on the road of integrated development? How will "Bang Bang" channel continue to retain users in the future? These problems are the important research contents of this paper for in-depth analysis of the content production and operation of "Bang Bang" channel.This study uses participatory observation method,in-depth interview method and case analysis method to analyze the reasons for upstream news APP to open interactive special "Bang Bang" channel,which can be summarized as follows:first,conform to the development of The Times and promote the in-depth integration of media;The second is to give play to congenital advantages to rebuild the connection between media and users;Third,practice the mass line and activate the media's social governance function.At the same time,taking the five columns of "Bang Bang" channel as the entry point,the content construction and operation of the channel are deeply analyzed.In terms of content production characteristics,the "Bang Bang" channel is linked with government agencies to solve people's worries,gather experts to provide authoritative answers,connect interesting groups to help each other and answer each other,highlight people's livelihood services and solve problems through supervision by public opinion.At the same time,the upstream news "Bang Bang" channel in the development of the channel and local resources lack of linkage,its own brand publicity is not enough,and the lack of adhesion between the channel and users.In this regard,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First,regularly integrate Q?A information to make news localized;Second,build a characteristic "Bang Bang" brand based on their own;Third,"Online + Offline" linkage publicity;Fourth,use Internet thinking to strengthen user stickiness;Fifth,we need to tap the in-depth needs of users and continuously improve the capability of media services.Compared with the existing research,this paper has some innovations in the research object and content.First of all,in terms of research objects,the upstream news "Bang Bang" channel has great advantages in clarifying the integration and transformation mechanism and the way forward of mainstream news media in the new media era.Secondly,in terms of research content,this paper analyzes the dilemma of "Bang Bang" channel in strengthening the connection between media and users,so as to put forward feasible suggestions.This study is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research purpose,research significance,research method,innovation and deficiency of the research,and makes a review of relevant literature,and summarizes domestic and foreign research on news client,media convergence and upstream news APP.The second chapter explores the development background and status quo of upstream news APP,page layout and function overview,the founding purpose and board composition of upstream news "Bang Bang" channel,as well as the reason why upstream news opened an interactive section "Bang Bang" channel.The third chapter is the important content of this research,interviews the operation personnel,answer experts and users in the upstream news "Bang Bang" channel,and analyzes its content production and construction.Chapter four analyzes the operation practice of upstream news "Bang Bang" channel.The fifth chapter explores the improvement countermeasures based on the plight of upstream news "Bang Bang" channel.Finally,the conclusion of this paper summarizes the author's research results. |
