To See The Realization And Fulfillment Of The Right To Participate In Chiledren’s Media From The Children’s TV News

Due to the neglect chidren’s long-term,the right of children’s participation in the community are virtually obscured by the adult.With the development of society,people began to realize that children do not the subsidiary of the adult,but an independent social groups.Today, the impact of media on children is no doubt.Therefore, the international focus on children’s rights to access to media resources.Among them,the right to participate the media gives the window of the children to express their views freely.And the children finally have their own rights to speak.The news is the main channel for children to obtain information, express their views.However,as limitations of the cognitive level, children is difficult to obtain through books, newspapers, magazines and other media. Due to the audio-visual integration,TV conforms the children’s visual image thinking,so is popular among children. The emergence of children’s television news program reflects the current social emphasis of this special group of children.Platform as the child’s own opinion, the children finally have a place to express their views, and even participate in the program production.This paper reviews the history of the development of children’s television news, and uses children’s participation in the ladder theory to analyze and evaluate the program.The preliminary draw children’s participation reach fifth steps.
