Nowadays, computer control system is applied and developed in all domains, and direct current regulating-speed control is playing an important role in the modernization manufacture. In this thesis, direct current speed servo system is studied, it include three parts s: Control method, power unit, direct current servomotor. Servo system is a closed relation to and evidence difference to the common regulation speed system. This system require more, such as high precision, good regulation-speed performance, strong ability with load, quick response speed, high stability and reliability.First, whole structure and scheme of DC servo system are made certain based on principle of basic double closed loop PI control; Mathematics modules of double closed loop DC servo system are established according to the principles of DC regulating speed system, and the current regulator and speed regulator are designed through comparing typical low level system, and dynamic mathematics of whole servo system are established. Then, this thesis applies IP control algorithm to change controller in outer loop but not in inner loop based on basic double closed loop control system. The system simulation modules are established based on above scheme and compared with basic double closed loop control system. The results are that the system that the IP controller is capacity of tracking quickly and anti-disturbs and have good robust and single algorithm. The new control system is excelled to basic control system. And, the IP control method is combined with the Band-Bang control method to get more good results. New controller and its simulation module are established and simulation results are obtained. The results show that new control method quicken start-up of the system and the system have more good robustness and no error, then DC speed servo performance is improved more.
