| The development of information technology in the data era has removed the limitation of time and space,and the wide application of digital technology has also enabled the information resources to increase exponentially.People's lifestyle and habits have been gradually changed,and the traditional way of archive utilization and service is also changing.Based on this,the paper aims to build an archive data platform base on special collections of comprehensive archives in the data era from three aspects,that is,giving full play to the value of archive information resources,adapting to the increasing cultural needs of the public,and comprehensively supporting the national strategic decision-making needs in international affairs and social development.Based on the Internet and supported by information technology,the data platform relies on the collection resources of all kinds of comprehensive archives at all levels of the country,and fully grasps the characteristics and distribution features of the information resources of special collection archives.The country takes the lead in formulating a comprehensive and unified construction plan of the archives data platform,conducting the coordination as a whole and reasonable distribution,and carrying out effective combination and division of labor,so as to integrate the scattered information resources of special collection archives in a standardized and orderly way.Under the coordination of the archive departments,the public participation and the archive social service organization,multiple construction subjects jointly build a public technology platform with the service functions of integrating and sharing and using the information resources of special collection archives.On this data platform,people can query all the relevant archive information contents in the corresponding special collection database with different retrieval methods,so that the platform can provide convenient,quick and shared utilization services of the information resources of special collection archives for the public.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the restrictive factors of building an archive data platform base on special collections of comprehensive archives,mainly including four aspects,i.e.the lack of the consciousness of integration and sharing of the information resources of special collection archives among the comprehensive archives,the large number of the special archive databases that have been built at present,the lack of unified relevant specifications and the difficulty in ensuring the security of the informationresources of special collection archives under the network environment,as well as the need for the information quality and ability of special collection archives to be further improved.Besides,corresponding solutions are put forward according to the specific analysis of the specific problems.The wide area of the Internet and the rapid development of information technology in the data era have changed the way people access information resources and also promoted the reform of the way comprehensive archives provide archive utilization.This paper discusses the construction of an archive data platform base on special collections of comprehensive archives to integrate and manage the archive information resources of the same subject,thus realizing the integration and sharing of the information resources of special collection archives and providing convenient and quick use services for the public.It is not only an innovation of the practice of the integration and sharing of the archive information resources,but also an inevitable trend of the development of the archive informatization in the data era. |
