Research Of Layer-model Of The Long-term Preservation Of Digital Information Based On OASI

Digital information resources are used widely as the internet development, Thepreservation of digital information is important. The way to preserve the digital information、to obtain the digital information and to use the digital information obscure the people. Inrecently, the magnetic medium is the main way to preserve the digital information and thedatabase which is used relationship mode widely is the important mode to preserve the digitalinformation. Though the relationship database and the storage medium which are updateconstantly accelerate the preservation of digital information, do not suffice the digitalinformation grows quickly all the same.The object problem of long-tern preservation of digital information resources contain alot of aspect, for example, the law problem、management problem and technology problemetc.The subject problem of long-tern preservation of digital information resources consist ofgovernment department、scientific research department、education department and medicaltreatment department etc, so in the phase of implementing will have many problems. Becauseof this, to put the assignment which is to preservation of digital information to one departmentis out of place. So difinuted the right and the obilegation of the long-term of digitalinformation is very important.the layer-model can divide up the digital information.forexample, digital information management is responsible for preservating the data object, andprovide the interface to outside place, other information object can use the interface to accessthe information,as the same,the information object can process the data which is provided byunderlayer to create new information and provide the interface to uplayer. It can alleviate theburden which give to one organization.In this article, first part analyze the present situation of long-tern preservation of digitalinformation; second part introduce the concept、 function model and information model ofOAIS; third part put forward the layer model of digital information which is put the digitalinformation to three layer to preserve, and analyze the feasibility and necessity of layer model;fourth part present the general environment of layer model explicitly、 the function and theinterface of per layer and the management of interfaces flexible and safe based on OAIS; fifth part analyze the simple achievement of layer-model of long-tern preservation of digitalinformation based on OAIS.
