In recent years,the WeChat public account has gradually become popular among the public due to the diversity of its own service methods and the extensiveness of the people it serves.Both the content and the service process have undergone dramatic changes.At the same time,the development of the "four-in-one" construction of science and technology museums provides support for my country’s science and technology services to move towards a new chapter,and also provides a basis for the standardization of my country’s science and technology museums.But what is the quality of popular science services provided by the Science and Technology Museum’s WeChat official account? Taking this problem as the starting point,based on the SERVQUA service quality model,the evaluation index system of science and technology museum WeChat public account science service quality is constructed,and then empirical research is conducted to test the rationality and reliability of the above indicators.By weighting the entropy method,the satisfaction degree of the science and technology museum’s WeChat public account is analyzed,so as to put forward targeted suggestions for existing problems,and provide direction for the continuous development of the science and technology museum’s WeChat public account’s popular science service quality.By sorting out the research status at home and abroad,defining the relevant concepts involved in this article,and analyzing and comparing the theoretical basis,a SERVQUA service quality model suitable for this study is selected.Analysis of article push time,popular science content analysis,the current situation of the page layout of the official account,the status of the feedback channel of the official account,and the current situation of WeChat posting are analyzed to provide a reference for the selection of indicators for this research.The evaluation index system is constructed around the SERVQUA model,and the constructed indicators are selected through expert scoring to obtain a formal index system.Next,conduct empirical research on the formed formal index system by means of questionnaire survey,and test the authenticity and reliability of the questionnaire data through reliability and validity analysis.The difference is used to judge the user’s satisfaction with the science and technology museum’s WeChat public account.And based on the analysis of the questionnaire results,from the five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,empathy and education,it proposes improvement strategies for science and technology museum WeChat public account science service quality.
