Research On The Construction Of Archival Data Resources For Smart Service

The wave of datafication emerging from the era of big data has become a new direction leading to the development of the archives industry.Emerging technologies have given rise to a shift from traditional archival resource construction to archival data resource construction,and driven archival utilization services to archival wisdom services.With the change of social environment and the development of emerging technologies,the potential values contained in archival resources are gradually developed and revealed,therefore,it is necessary to further explore the construction of archival data resources for smart services.This paper examines the construction of archival data resources for smart services in five parts:The first part is the summary part,that is,the first chapter.It mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article,compares relevant domestic and foreign research,and explains the research ideas,research methods and innovations.The second part is the theoretical research,that is,the second chapter.Based on the explanation of relevant concepts and theoretical bases,the conditions for the realization of archival wisdom services are proposed and the mechanism of wisdom services and archival data resources construction is analyzed.The third part is the comprehensive analysis,that is,the third chapter.Firstly,the morphological current situation of archival data resources at the present stage is analyzed from three aspects of sources,types and characteristics.Secondly,the construction orientation of archival data resources for smart services is elaborated from four aspects: value orientation,policy leadership,technology drive,and subject collaboration.The fourth part is the core part,that is,the fourth and fifth chapters.Aiming at the current situation and development trend of archival data resources,the framework design of archival data resources construction for intelligent services is firstly studied,the new features of the resources and the main contents of the research are analyzed,and then the archival data resources construction strategy is proposed.Secondly,the path of archival data resource construction for smart services is constructed from four modules: archival data acquisition,archival data semanticization,archival data association,and archival data presentation.Finally,the article is summarized and prospected to point out the direction for the next stage of research.
