With the development and change of society,people begin to pursue spiritual culture constantly.Cultural TV programs have appeared in people's eyes with more diversified modes of communication and themes,and are deeply loved by the audience.To meet the changing needs of audiences,cultural TV hosts are constantly updating their professional knowledge and adjusting their language expression.In cultural TV programs,only by choosing appropriate pragmatic strategies to convey cultural information can the host enhance the communication effect of the program and meet the expectations of the audience.This paper,taking the graduation work Imprint of Time as an example,explores the pragmatic strategies of cultural TV hosts by applying the pragmatic strategies of pragmatics.This paper is divided into five parts.The first is the introduction,which introduces the research significance and background,current situation and methods,as well as the theoretical overview and the main content of the graduation work.The second part analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the choice of pragmatic strategies by cultural TV hosts.The third part analyzes the pragmatic strategies of such TV hosts in different programs.The fourth part analyzes the host's pragmatic strategies under different narrative perspectives.The fifth part points out the problems existing in the pragmatic strategies of hosts in cultural TV programs and puts forward some suggestions.By combining theory with practice,this paper attempts to explore the pragmatic strategies of cultural TV hosts so as to improve their ability of language expression and dissemination of cultural information,hoping to provide some reference for the development of cultural TV programs.
