Optical cable is the core product of optical communication industry.With the continuous development of society,customers have higher requirements on the quantity and quality of optical cable.Optical cable production process includes coloring,second coating,sheath,stranding and other processes,and one of the most important links is the second coating fiber link.How to diagnose the fault of the electric equipment of the production line in the first time and improve the fault handling ability is the current research hotspot.The timely diagnosis of fault is of great significance to reduce production loss and improve production capacity.In this paper,the fault diagnosis of the motor and the driver in the fiber secondary coating production line is studied in depth.The main work is as follows:1.To solve the problem of short circuit between the turns of permanent magnet synchronous motors,a fault diagnosis algorithm for the support vector machine(SVM)optimized for moth-flame optimization(MFO)has been proposed.The MFO-SVM is used to diagnose and classify the different failure situations of permanent magnet synchronous motors.The experimental results showed that this method is very accurate and fast for the diagnosis of short circuit problems between the turns of permanent magnet synchronous motors.2.Propose an algorithm for diagnosing the failures of an optimized support vector machine(MC-PSO-SVM),based on membrane calculation(MC)and Particle swarm optimization(PSO),for cases where insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)in motorizations,by building a simulation model of motorization failures and analyzing the topology and operating principle of inverters,Depending on the different open IGBT circuits of the inverter,the characteristic vector of the fault voltage signal is extracted using the rapid fourier transform.As a dataset for the algorithm,mc-pso-svm is used to diagnose the various open IGBT circuits of the motors.Experimental results show:MC-PSO-SVM defect diagnostic method can effectively identify open circuit defects,compared with other fault diagnosis methods,this method has higher diagnosis accuracy and faster convergence speed.3.This paper explores the construction of fault diagnosis system based on digital twin,including signal acquisition,processing and transmission circuits of electrical equipment of production line,and designs and implements the software system that can effectively deal with faults.The running status of digital twin production line is updated in real time,and the predictive maintenance of electrical equipment in optical fiber secondary coating production line is realized by calling fault diagnosis method combined with real-time data and historical data.Fig[64]table[5]reference[58]...
