The key part of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is a permanent magnet material,a rare earth permanent magnet,ferrite and aluminum nickel cobalt is the most used as permanent magnetic material.Because the rare earth permanent magnetic materials was found,cost/performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)quickly to a greatly improved,in particular,high power density,high torque to inertia and the characteristics of small volume,small quality,environmental protection and energy saving,in the industry PMSM has been widely used.Therefore,it is very important to research the control method.PMSM Control system is a complex system with multi variable,strong coupling,nonlinear and time variant.It is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model;In addition,when the load torque change,system often produces unknown uncertain disturbances;Classical control method is often dependent on the accurate mathematical model of controlled object,so adaptive adjustment ability is poor.In view of the above questions,this paper has carried on the discussion.(1)This paper introduces the development of the PMSM control technology at home and abroad,the classical control strategies are summarized;The analysis of the mathematical model in different coordinate vector coordinate transformation under detailed;Put forward NLPID neural network control method,neural network algorithm has a significant advantage in dealing with nonlinear system,uncertainty and controller parameter adjustment this method is based on real-time control,real-time error in order to adjust the adaptive control of the weight coefficient and neuron function;(2)Design of neural network controller based on ESO+NLPID,the extended state observer(ESO)estimate external system modeling uncertainties and disturbance of the system,the total estimated value as feed forward compensation to immunity effect of the disturbance.The nonlinear PID neural network is used to realize PID parameters timely online setting,so the process of self control Adaptive capacity enhancement.(3)based on ESO+NLPID neural network controller designed is applied to speed control system.This paper introduces the speed loop mathematical model under the ESO+NLPIDneural network controller to control the speed loop.The control law of control method of speed loop is derived.This paper gives a brief description of the control principle of the control method.The whole speed regulating system is simulated by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the MATLAB/simulink modeling of the coordinate transformation,SVPWM,three-phase inverter and other modules is given.Finally,through the control of the simulation results with the traditional PI control method is compared with that this control method not only high control precision,fast response,no overshoot,but also has good adaptability and strong anti disturbance ability.
