With China's rapid economic and social development,urbanization and further promote the people's living standards gradually improved,the packaging industry to speed development.Vertical packaging machinery is a typical equipment in the packaging equipment.Vertical packaging machine in an increasing number of electronic cams instead of the traditional mechanical cam,not only can save costs,but also can speed up the packaging speed,improve work efficiency,while increasing the stability of the machine.In the use of electronic cam,the speed of the request is very high,must be within the specified time to reach the same speed range,in the same speed range and after the slowdown,the only way to give full play to the role of electronic cam,improve work efficiency.Permanent magnet synchronous motor speed stability,high reliability.To this end,this paper combines the actual servo control system requirements and project practice experience,to permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research goal,which control technology research and design.In this paper,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is firstly analyzed.The vertical packaging machine has a bad working environment and large disturbance,which will affect the use of electronic cam.The traditional PI control is replaced by variable structure control.Variable exponential approach law,inhibition of sliding mode chattering,the permanent magnet synchronous motor can quickly and accurately respond to changes in speed,to maximize the role of electronic cam.Using vector control,the control system simulation is carried out in Matlab,and it is found that the improved sliding mode control has obvious effect.On this basis,the hardware circuit design and software circuit design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system are carried out.Experiments show that the design of the vertical packaging machine using permanent magnet synchronous motor control system to achieve the speed of the rapid adjustment to meet the use of electronic cams,stable and reliable operation,and the control effect is good.
