With the increasing complexity of industrial control processes,in many industrial applications,the control of a single motor can not meet the requirements of the performance and accuracy of various control devices.Many control systems need drive of two motorssimultaneously,such as chemical fiber spinning system,paper making system,numerical control machine tool and other fields.Therefore,it is more and more important to study the dynamic performance and steady-state performance of the double-motor transmission system for two systems with simultaneous motor drive in the system,the research on the synchronous control system of the double motor is becoming more and more important.This article focuses on improving stability of double motor synchronous control system as the starting point,reducing the synchronization error precision of two motors as the control target.A fuzzy control algorithm and a fractional PI~?D~? control algorithm are proposed to improve the accuracy of double motor synchronization control system so as to improve the synchronization accuracy of the double motor synchronous control system and the following speed of the two motors.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and research status of synchronous control of double motor,and establishes the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,then introduce the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the vector control of the motor.On this basis,this paper focuses on three kinds of synchronization control strategy research,including master control,master and slave control,cross-coupled synchronous control structure,in the different stages of the dual motor control system,including the motor start process,loading process and speed mutation process.Through theanalysis of Matlab/Simulink simulation and comparison,it is concluded that the cross coupling synchronous control structure is suitable for the synchronous control strategy of double motor synchronous control.In order to further improve the performance of the system,a fuzzy fractional order PI~?D~? controller is designed to replace the speed loop controller in the motor vector control system in view of the shortcomings of the traditional integer order PID control algorithm.Through the simulation study of a single motor vector control system,it is concluded that the adjustment time of the system is significantly reduced in the start-up and the rotating speed.Finally,the fuzzy fractional order PI~?D~? controller is applied to the control system of double permanent magnet synchronous motor.The simulation results show that the system can shorten the response time of the system of double motor synchronization control based on fuzzy fractional order PI~?D~?,and in the running process of dual motor system,the two motors obtained following good performance and improves the synchronization error precision of the system,the control algorithm designed in this paper is effective and practical.Finally,the paper summarizes the research work,and analyzes some other problems in the synchronous control system of double motor,and gives a brief explanation of the further research direction.
