With the increasing modernization of radar equipment in our army,the comprehensive support of radar is becoming more and more difficult.It is of great significance to accurately evaluate the health status of radar equipment and formulate scientific maintenance strategies for improving radar logistics support capability and enhancing radar operational effectiveness.Taking a certain type of radar equipment as the research object,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the maintenance support work of active radar equipment,and applies prognosis and health management technology to study the health assessment method and maintenance support strategy planning of radar equipment.The main work of this thesis are as follows:(1)By summarizing the definition and construction method of health index,the health classification standard of radar equipment based on health index is established,and a hierarchical integrated health assessment system is established according to the structural characteristics of radar.Taking the typical component transmitter of radar equipment as an example,the data preprocessing process is described in detail,and the health index which can represent the state characteristics of the transmitter is determined by using the random forest feature selection algorithm.(2)Based on the analysis of the health evaluation algorithm,combined with the characteristics of radar equipment data,the SVDD radar component level health status evaluation model based on genetic algorithm optimization is established.The effectiveness of the model is verified by the comparison between the transmitter data calculation results and the expert evaluation results.Based on the traditional method of constant weight synthesis,a new integrated evaluation model of radar system level health status based on variable weight synthesis method is proposed.The comparison experiments show that the algorithm can better reflect the overall health status of the radar under the low health index of individual components.(3)Based on the historical results of health index of radar equipment in the health state assessment model,a LS-SVM health index prediction model based on genetic algorithm optimization is established.Combining the prediction results with reliability theory,a predictive maintenance optimization model of radar components is constructed with the objective of availability and minimum average maintenance cost rate,Taking the transmitter as an example,the maximum maintenance times and the best preventive maintenance threshold are solved.The objectivity and effectiveness of the model are verified by comparing with the existing maintenance methods and the sensitivity analysis of the model parameters.(4)Based on the health status assessment and predictive maintenance algorithm model,a radar operation and maintenance big data analysis platform is designed and developed,and the PHM data analysis module is demonstrated,showing the health status assessment and maintenance strategy planning of radar equipment in the module.The developed platform has been applied in the health management of a certain type of military radar.Practice has proved that the research results of this thesis can improve the logistics support ability of radar equipment to a certain extent,and make scientific decision support for the maintenance strategy of radar equipment.
