Temporality-aware Personal Health Assessment System

Firstly,a temporal personal health risk assessment model was proposed in this thesis.The health information was collected by looking for input data required by personal health risk assessment model.Because some collected information came from social network,users' social network information was required to be divided into several categories and data related to health selected.Related words were compared with those in health knowledge database to draw an analysis of users' potential diseases,drugs taken,and psychological health,which facilitated the assessment of personal health risk.Risk factors obtained through assessment and time of users' participation were used as key search words to retrieve in health knowledge database in order to provide users with most reasonable plan with the lowest risk.Secondly,to implement the retrieval function above,a time-aware information retrieval algorithm TAORank was put forward.TAORank algorithm is an improved ObjectRank algorism,an ObjectRank algorism with time similarity computation.In TAORank algorithm,results were sequenced according to content similarity and time similarity,and the data with the most similarity was considered as the evaluation result of users' personal health risk.Finally,on the basis of personal health risk assessment model,health assessment system was designed in terms of structure,module and storage.And Android system was used as the platform to accomplish this health assessment system.Its main functions included:collecting and managing personal health information,managing and retrieving knowledge about diseases and drugs,pushing up health news,evaluating personal health risk and so on.
