With the continuous improvement of the informationization and system integration of radar equipment,it now requires further research and application of prognosis and health management(PHM)for radar equipment.A certain type of three-dimensional surveillance radar is the most difficult part to maintain in a certain vehicle-borne radar system.To meet the maintenance needs of radar equipment and to give full play to its combat effectiveness,it is necessary to achieve the monitoring of radar equipment operation and health status.According to the results of health assessment,the remaining useful life prediction(RUL),fault diagnosis,and maintenance prediction are performed to realize the transition from the traditional "post-repair" decision to the "condition-based repair" decision.Therefore,it is essential to research the PHM of this radar equipment,and it is an important step to improve the comprehensive supportability and combat effectiveness of the radar system.The main work and characteristics of the thesis are as follows:(1)Study about health status assessment of radar equipment: This study,on the basis of summarizing and sorting out equipment health status assessment methods,constructs a health status assessment system for equipment in accordance with the idea of equipment system classification.Taking a certain type of three-coordinate search radar as the research object,the health status of its transceiver module is evaluated in this study based on fault association rules and SOM model.According to the experience of experts,the two methods are compared and analyzed through their respective evaluation results.The process of assessing the health status of the search radar transceiver subsystem using comprehensive evaluation method is introduced in detail.(2)Study about RUL of radar equipment: After elaborating the concept of the life of radar equipment and the difference between prediction of RUL and failure prediction,the research methods for the prediction of remaining life of equipment are summarized.By establishing a prediction model based on fuzzy random theory and a weighted LS-SVM model,the RUL of a certain type of radar transceiver module is predicted.Advantages and disadvantages of the two prediction models are compared and analyzed through prediction experiments.(3)Study about PHM system of radar equipment: Combined with actual use to analyze the project requirements of the system,the design of a certain radar PHM system continues the design idea of system classification,this study discusses the system's data flow process and the functions of each module,completes the design of the system architecture.Java,Spring Boot framework and My SQL database are used and demonstrated the health status assessment and RUL prediction function modules in the PHM system.
