Health is the material basis of national production and life.To enhance the national physical fitness,the party and the government has taken many effective measures,the most important of which is the National Physical Fitness Determination System.In 2000,the State Sports General Administration carried out a national physical fitness monitoring the nature of the country of 3-69 years of age for the first time.But it is an enormous amount of work to monitor and analysis in the face of the huge amount of data of the national physical fitness.With the development of network technology,society has entered the information and data age,computers and the Internet is becoming a necessity in people's lives.National health monitoring system combining the national physical fitness monitoring with Internet technology has changed the conventional cumbersome manual steps of physique monitoring and statistics through the Internet and database technology to achieve automation of statistical data,as well as the popularity of the national monitoring and results of the query simplification.Through the study of the national physical fitness monitoring processes,data management and analysis,we designed and implemented a national health monitoring evaluation system.The system is based on ASP.NET development platform,which not only facilitates statistics and analysis of national physical fitness monitoring data,but also provides a convenient to the public to view their own physique monitoring results and understand the physical condition monitoring.This paper first introduces the research status at national and abroad physical fitness monitoring and the problems of today's physical fitness monitoring.Secondly,we introduce the related technology of national health monitoring system.Through the study of the national monitoring process,we analyze the requirements of national health monitoring system,and describing the overall framework of the system according to the demand analysis.Finally,we gave the comprehensive introduction to the National health monitoring evaluation system through the introduce of the overall design of the national health monitoring system,detailed design and elaborate database design and other aspects.
