Research On Radar Equipment Maintenance Method With Reliability As Optimization Target

With the modernization of national defense,weapons and equipment continue to upgrade,its maintenance and support methods are also constantly improved.Reliability centered maintenance is a popular system engineering method in the world,which is used to determine the preventive maintenance work and optimize the maintenance system.It is also the preferred method for the military and industrial departments of developed countries to designate the preventive maintenance of military equipment and equipment.Based on the reliability analysis,this paper studies the failure rate and failure interval of radar components,and formulates the maintenance strategy to implement the maintenance task.It is of great significance to shorten the maintenance time of radar signal processor,improve its reliability,reduce the maintenance cost,run safely and perform the task.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems existing in radar maintenance,this paper puts forward a reliability based radar maintenance strategy,analyzes the implementation process of RCM(ReliabilityCentered Maintenance),takes the search radar signal processor as the research object,combines the simplified RCM analysis and radar manual to determine the important parts of the search radar function,and realizes the determination of the important parts of the search radar function.(2)Aiming at the identified FSI of search radar,it is necessary to study their fault development law,apply Weibull prediction model and grey theory prediction model to realize the fault rate prediction of important parts of search radar,and lay a foundation for radar maintenance.(3)For the important parts of search radar,it is necessary to determine the fault interval,analyze the existing prediction model of fault interval,and apply the gray theory prediction model and the gray Markov combination prediction model to realize the preventive maintenance cycle prediction of the important parts of search radar.(4)Aiming at the prediction model of failure rate and failure interval,a radar health management system is designed to demonstrate the module of failure rate and failure interval.Based on the reliability,the paper establishes the model of radar failure rate and preventive maintenance cycle,designs the radar health management system,and provides support for making radar maintenance decision and implementing maintenance tasks,which has a certain significance of popularization.
