Food safety traceability is an effective technical means for food safety control and management.Food supply chain involves many links and subjects,data entry and management of which are in the charge of every link.The phenomenon of information-island is ubiquitous in food supply chain.At present,most of the mainstream food safety traceability systems are mainly established by local regulatory authorities or some industry core enterprises.Food supply chain data controlled by a single agency or enterprise is centralized.Traceability data may be tampered or attacked by hackers,which results in data loss and damage.The authenticity and integrity of traceability data could not be guaranteed in this way.Thus,it lost the retroactive significance.In recent years,the blockchain has been born and as its data can't be tampered with,distributed and decentralized,these features of trust can be used to solve the problem of centralization and data integrity verification.In this thesis,the feasibility and necessity of the combination of blockchain technology and food safety traceability system were analyzed from the technical principle firstly.Then,the blockchain was applied to the store schema,information transmission and verification of traceability system.Based on the underlying architecture of Ethereum and the use case of beef supply chain,the blockchain-based traceability system was developed and tested.The research proves that the combination of block chain technology and food safety traceability system can reduce the centralization of the traceability system,and realize the safe traceability which is reliable and verifiable of the whole process information of food supply chain.Further research will be devoted to the improvement of data processing efficiency of blockchain platform,deeper integration with block chain and data of tracking system,the optimization of the business logic and the enhancement of the integration of software. |
