With the acceleration of economic globalization and the full implementation of the country's "go global" strategy,more and more Chinese companies have joined the internationalization process.As a representative of the country's comprehensive strength and status as a great power,Chinese aerospace companies have actively responded to national strategies,committed to building world-class aerospace companies and aerospace powers,and constantly participated in international competition.X Institute,as a subsidiary of the Ninth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation,closely follows the development of economy and the development requirements of CASC,and unswervingly carries out internationalization work.However,due to the late start of internationalization,the current internationalization process of X Institute is still in its infancy and there are still have many problems.There is still a large gap with the strategic goals of CASC.Therefore,X Institute urgently needs to study development strategies for internationalization work,and then open up a wider market.This thesis takes X Institute as the research object.First of all,the relevant domestic and foreign theories of strategic management and internationalization strategies are sorted out;then it introduces the current development status and existing problems of X institute internationalization.Secondly,the external and internal environment of X institute was analyzed using PEST method and the "Five Forces" model,and a comprehensive study was performed using the SWOT matrix analysis;then,an internationalization strategy with timeliness and practicability was developed for X institute.Then,from the four aspects of mechanism,talents,technology and finance,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the internationalization strategy of the X institute are proposed.Finally,the research process and results of the thesis are summarized,and the future research work is prospected.
