With years of development,China's LED industry has gradually become the world's production base.80% of the world' s LED products are produced in China.An entire industrial chain from LED chips,LED encapsulation to LED applications has been formed in China.The international and domestic economies have provided wide ground for the development of LED industries,while the excessive concentration of this industries has intensified the competition.How can a new entrant gain growing space and earn profit in a fully competitive industry? It is needed to make a detailed and comprehensive analysis for the development and competition status of the industry and focus on strategy and develop core competition ability to achieve competitive advantage.PR company mainly focus on R&D,production,and sales of LED curtain screen and outdoor led screen,for outdoor advertising and building lighting.as a newly established company,PR company locates itself in LED display segment market.Depend on its independent developed products with distinctive features,reliable quality,gradually won the market acceptance.Based on PEST analysis of external environment,porter' s five forces model,internal environment analysis and SWOT analysis,PR Enterprise's company level strategy and competitive strategy are formulated.Firstly,the macroenvironment of the industry is conducive to the development of LED display screen by using PEST analysis.Then according to the analysis of porter' s five forces model,it is concluded that LED display screen is an industry with low threshold,high competition and continuous accumulation of capital and technology.Value chain tool is used to analyze the core advantages of PR company is: R&D,Pre-sales and after-sales service;Finally,according to the SWOT analysis,the strategic selection of PR company is proposed.And competitive strategy is focusing& differentiation strategy according to the situation of PR company.PR company now is hesitating and trying to find it direction.One is to focus on the new created applications and seize the market opportunities,constantly breakthroughs to become the complex solutions provider of customer trust and follow,or to follow the market trend,take part of the energy on development of products which is popular right now.By this chance of study,hope to help PR company made its decision of the future development and designated the right strategy,avoid positive competition,gain a competitive advantage,to achieve rapid and effective development.
